The friendly front desk staff stood out and made the check-in process more pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, offering a diverse range of well-prepared items that catered to various tastes. However, the check-in experience on Christmas Day was frustrating due to technical issues that left us waiting without communication. Additionally, while the facilities seemed to be in good shape, the overall service could use improvement, especially during high traffic times.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service!

We had a pleasant three-night stay. The staff, especially Mike at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. The King Suite was spacious and clean. For breakfast, try to arrive early to avoid the rush and snag a fresh waffle! Swimming pool maintenance was a bummer, but overall, it was a relaxing experience.

I was appalled by the state of the room! There was unpleasant odor throughout, and the bathroom was disgusting with rust and grime everywhere. The hotel had no working air conditioning one day, leaving us sweltering. Based on our experience, this place needs a serious renovation and better management of the noise from rowdy guests.
